If requested all replaced parts will be available for inspection at the time of collection. We give a 100% guarantee on all work (parts & labour) for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever is the sooner). Should you have any queries or if you wish to make a claim against any part of our guarantee, please return your car to JEM for inspection by our manager. We operate a fixed price menu service – the price quoted is the price you pay. No extra work will be completed without your authority.
